I had two issues with my vehicle, one an urgent need, the other a maintenance item. I called Suburban with a referral, dropped my car that evening. They called the next morning by 9am, got the part, fixed it up and I was back on the road by 1pm with an appt in two weeks for the maintenance issue. Actually, halfway through making the repair they noticed that I was past due for an oil change, called me and asked if I would like them to do that as well and completed that. Pricing was very fair. Highly recommend.

Had numerous problems with my car From heavy rain storm AAA towed over to them after a few days numerous parts everything’s fixed and running great thought I had to replace the engine but we didn’t !! They worked with Me and the insurance adjuster to us more than satisfied outcome !

Huge thanks to everyone at Suburban Auto! They provide high quality service in a convenient timeframe at a very reasonable price. As a young woman who doesn’t know much about cars, going to get my car checked/fixed can at times be quite intimidating, however Suburban Auto technicians made this process very easy and comprehensible for me. I came here for the first time last year when I needed a fuse fixed, and they had me back in my car, already repaired, within the hour at a very low cost. I returned again earlier this week to get suspension looked at & ball joints fixed, and it was ready to go by next day. Everyone there is very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. My jeep liberty has had many visits to multiple different mechanics in Norwood and Canton, and none of those other places had helped me nearly as much as Suburban Auto has, I will never take my car anywhere else for repairs ever again. Huge thanks again for the speedy service & accommodating me in a time constraint. I will be recommending Suburban Auto to everyone!!!
